You can buy a ticket for an excursion online via our website, through authorized partners or from our sales agents on site. Our sales point is located in the port of Medulin, Osipovica 26, at the Tajana & Zlatni Rat Excursions advertising desk , next to the Port Authority house.

What types of payment do you accept?

For online reservations, payment is only possible with bank cards (Visa, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard). At our partner points of sale, payment methods depend on their terms and conditions. At our point of sale in Medulin (Osipovica 26), payment is only possible with cash.

Can I buy a ticket on the boat on the day of the excursion?

We do not guarantee availability without prior reservation. We recommend that you book your ticket at least one day before the excursion. You can make a reservation at our sales point (Osipovica 26), through sales agents, by phone at +385 98 939 8850 or by e-mail at medulinboatexcursions@gmail.com.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

For every online reservation, you will receive an automatic confirmation to your e-mail address.

How can I change or cancel a reservation?

To change or cancel your reservation, contact us at +385 98 939 8850 or by e-mail at info.medulinboatexcursions@gmail.com . If you bought the ticket from our partners, you can make changes through their points of sale or by e-mail. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the excursion with a full refund.

What if the weather conditions are unfavorable?

The safety of the passengers is always the first priority. Our captains closely monitor the weather forecast and plan the excursion schedule based on it. If the weather conditions threaten the safety of the passengers, the captains may decide to cancel the excursion. Also, in the event of a sudden change in weather during the excursion, the captain may change the route for the safety of all passengers.

Can I bring my pet on board?

Pets are allowed on our ships and the attractions we visit. Pets must be on a leash and large dogs must wear a protective muzzle.

Are the excursions suitable for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users?

People with reduced mobility and wheelchair users can board and disembark the Tajana . We recommend the evening route “Sunset and Dolphin Search”. It is our company policy that wheelchair users have free entry to our excursions.

Is the excursion recommended for non-swimmers?

Swimming is not required on our excursions. If you are a non-swimmer, you can enjoy other activities or opt for the “Sunset” evening excursion. If you enter the sea, you do so at your own risk. Entering deep water is recommended only for experienced swimmers.

How early should I arrive for boarding?

Boarding begins one hour before departure at the main city port in Medulin. You will easily recognize our Tajana & Zlatni Rat Excursions sales point by the large blue umbrella, right next to the Port Authority building.

Where can I park my car?

There are several parking zones in Medulin. Check the locations and prices of parking . Our point of sale is located at Osipovica 26, Medulin port, and there are three parking zones nearby.

Is diving allowed on the excursions?

Scuba diving is not allowed on our excursions. If you wish to dive with a mask and snorkel, please bring your own equipment.

What kind of clothing and footwear do you recommend for the trip?

We recommend sports and casual clothing. Bring a swimsuit, swimming shoes and a towel. In the summer, it is recommended to wear a hat and sunscreen. In the spring and autumn months, we advise layering with a light jacket or windbreaker. Footwear should be comfortable and have low heels.
